This week builds toward higher output and refined movement under fatigue with a structured blend of barbell conditioning, aerobic pacing, and gymnastics stamina. Strength sessions center around moderate-to-heavy loading in snatch, bench press, front squat, and strict press, reinforcing technique and control without pushing to max efforts. Conditioning offers a mix of partner-style efforts, benchmark grinders, and escalating volume tests, each demanding smart pacing and composure. From aerobic grind sessions like “Only Diesel” to skill-heavy metcons like “Fibo-Snatchy”, athletes are challenged to hold standards and stay intentional under fatigue. Each day finishes with targeted accessory work to reinforce durability, glute/core integrity, and shoulder health.
