Gymnastics volume picks up with strict pulling, wall-facing HSPU, and handstand shoulder tap challenges, while conditioning varies from classic AMRAPs and EMOMs to a tough mid-week aerobic grind. The week finishes with fun but potent mixed- modal pieces designed for partner interaction, aerobic durability, and muscular stamina. Athletes should move with intent and hold quality under fatigue.
Remember to finish your Summer Stampede miles by Tuesday (last day to run is Tuesday) and enter them into Chalk It! Shirts will be ready within a few weeks of the close of the challenge.
