Welcome to Achilles Week 3! This week blends strength, skill, and conditioning to continue building power, endurance, and technique. Monday kicks off with Olympic lifting focusing on snatch technique, paired with an intense metabolic workout. Tuesday prioritizes bar muscle-up progressions and long aerobic work. Wednesday combines pressing strength with dynamic movements, followed by a core and upper body endurance session. Thursday’s session focuses on pause front squats and leg strength, with a conditioning piece targeting squat cleans and rowing. Friday builds handstand walk skills and challenges aerobic endurance in an AMRAP format. Saturday features a partner workout to combine gymnastics, strength, and metabolic conditioning.
