Welcome to Week 2 of Hercules!
This week continues our push into the Hercules cycle with an emphasis on repeatable intensity, midline control, and barbell stamina. Monday opens with strict gymnastics strength development followed by a gritty interval test pairing devil’s press and burpees for output. On Tuesday, we shift to a structured strength EMOM blending squats, power cleans, and push press volume under fatigue. Wednesday brings a long interval workout with rope climbs and toes to bar, challenging grip and aerobic repeatability. Thursday blends technical snatch work with a spicy pressing AMRAP, while Friday layers shoulder and leg fatigue in a muscular stamina grinder. Saturday delivers partner synergy in a mixed chipper style format, static-hold team workout.
