Welcome to Week 4 of Medusa cycle and Week 1 of the June Handstand Challenge! Accumulate time upside-down this month, anyhow, and plug it into Chalk It to see how long you can spend inverted this month. This should help with shoulder stability, thoracic mobility, and general proprioception 🙂 You can scale this down by putting your feet/legs on a box or scale up by going freestanding!
Note that on June 26, there will be no 9am class. All other classes will run as usual that day.
