We’re heading into a transition week as we prepare for Chad 1000X next week. We’ll continue to work on our single-leg strength this week with a heavy day on Wednesday featuring Bulgarian Split Squats. Rowvember is in full swing– get those meters in! For this week (on non-rowing days), the rent is to get those meters in! If you average 5K/day for 20 days, you’ll be done! In order to stay on track, you need to complete an average of 3,333m a day.
