We are excited to launch an Oly lifting specific program kicking off in January. This will be a 6 week cycle with focus on Clean and Jerk and Snatch. There will be coached listing sessions on Tuesday and Friday at 5:30pm starting January 4th and running through February 9th. We will have a mini clinic on Sunday Jan 2 that will focus on some basics of the lifts and getting your starting 1RM. If you can’t make it that day you’re welcome to get your 1RM anytime before the start. The 6 week program will end on Friday Feb 12th with an in-house Olympic lifting meet the following week on Feb 18 where you’ll have 3 attempts to get your max Clean and Jerk and Snatch. Coaches Shannon and Margaret will be your primary coaches for the 6 week session. If you can’t make one of the evening workouts, you’re welcome to do it another time. There will also be targeted accessory work to hit on other days during the week. Oly workouts and gym programming will be planned out so you can do participate in both. This is an AWESOME opportunity for you guys to get great coaching and work on these lefts!
