Specialty Programs

Olympic Lifting: Saturday 9am and Wednesdays 6pm (included in membership)

We are excited to have an Oly focused program on Wed/Sat.  If you are wanting to perfect your Olympic lifts adn increase your capacity to clean and jerk/snatch, please try to attend both of these classes consistently as there is a cycle to the programming and you’ll get the best benefit from consistency.  You do not have to be an expert to attend!

Mobility: Select Wednesdays at 6pm (included in membership)

If you are ever sore, tight, hate your posture, feel like your range of motion is inhibiting your Crossfit potential or you just want to feel better in everyday life then this is the opportunity you have been waiting for! The focus is on getting your body to move through its full range of motion. We will be rotating through various parts of your anatomy to unstick, unglue and unleash a specific area to allow your body to move as intended. Wear gym clothes that won’t inhibit movement and won’t expose body parts when you are stretching.  Most importantly expect to feel great when you leave; come join us and get that full range of motion you deserve!  These mobility classes are not every week and will be posted in the upcoming events for specific dates!

Kids/Teens: Our teen classes are Monday/Wednesday/Thursday.  Please click HERE for more information.

Childcare Class: We are excited to offer FREE childcare included with your membership on Mon-Fri at 09:30am.  You DO NOT have to do the fundamentals classes to join this class and no experience is needed.  Come join our strong mammas and let your kids have fun with our awesome childcare ladies while you get strong!  We also have childcare available at 08:30 Tues/Thurs during our bootcamp classes (starting June 20th).
