Olympic Lifting

This 90 minute class is structured to give you maximal instruction on the snatch or clean and jerk (lifts alternate from one week to another).  Coaches employ specific drills and lifting sequences to help athletes perfect the movements.  This class is appropriate for all levels from beginner to competitor.

Class is Saturdays 9:30-11:00am and is free for members ($25 drop-in for non-members).
