What: Bootcamp will be a full body workout to help you gain strength while maybe shedding a little unwanted weight. This class is designed to keep you moving and burning calories while having fun and challenging yourselves. There will be kettlebells and dumbbells, rowing, biking and body weight exercises that will help you rediscover muscles you might not have used in a while and tone up.
When: June 20 – July 29
Times: Tuesday/Thursday 08:30-09:30, Wednesday 6:00-7:00pm (with childcare), Saturday 10:00-11:00 (no childcare)
Please note for this session that on Tuesday, July 4th, there will be one class for all bootcamp and gym members at 09:00. There will not be childcare for the class on the 4th.
